U-Skin Treatment Kettle

CTJG-30KL U-type vessel is applied to fish skin gelatin extraction kettle in raw material pre-treatment and gelatin extraction in one set.

Skin cutting machine

Suitable for skin cutting, can also be used for bone crushing, double rotating shaft scissors cutting, high efficiency.

U-Skin Treatment Vessel

The U-type vessel is applied to skin raw material treatment and washing.It is fixed with agitator and sieve plate,highly effective and saving water.

Extraction Kettle

To meet the requirements of gelatin extraction, it is a coil heat exchanger, air stirring, stable temperature, high quality, made of stainless steel.

Evaporator

The triple effect evaporator with hot vapor recompressor has a specific vapor consumption of 27%, which is better than 34% of the triple effect evaporator. It is equivalent to a four-effect evaporator.

Evaporative Sterilizer

The device is combined with an evaporator and a sterilizer, and has the combined functions of increasing concentration and sterilization.

Membrane Filtering Concentrator

Membrane filter (UF) is a membrane separator technology. Gelatin solution flows on the membrane, and water and soluble inorganic low-molecular hydrolyzed materials flow to the low-pressure part

Continuous Band Dryer

Votator for drying in gelled gelatin. It is a scraped surface heat exchanger. The gelatin flows through a jacketed cylinder containing a rotating central shaft.
