Four-effect Evaporator with Vapour Re-compressor
Four-effect Evaporator with Vapour Re-compressor
Model:SDZY
Characteristics:Tri-effect evaporation plant with thermal vapour re-compressor has specific steam consumption 27%, which is better than 34% of tri-effect evaporator. It is equivalent to four-effect evaporator. It is high heat efficiency and save energy. The product auto-fast flow by pressure of system without pump, a very gentle treatment by the low temperature and short residence ensure the top quality gelatin. The system is on auto-operating running.
Sanitary grade pipeline attaches CIP cleaning system. The equipment is made of stainless steel and polished.
Capacity: Gelatin 3000t/y, 2000t/y
Control Mode: automatic control (PLC control-feed rate, steam temperature, pressure, level, condensate pressure, cooling temperature are auto-control)
The Main Fittings: balance tank, pre-heater, 1st, 2nd & 3rd evaporator, condenser, feed pump, outlet pump, condensate pump, vacuum pump, vapour re-compressor, panel and sanitary pipeline
The equipment is made of stainless steel and polished.
