Features:Votator for drying in gelled gelatin. It is a scraped surface heat exchanger. The gelatin flows through a jacketed cylinder containing a rotating central shaft on which a scraping blade is mounted, and a cooling medium flows in the jacket. The gelatin was frozen and gelled and extruded in the form of noodles and spread evenly onto the dryer by self-shaking. It makes gelatin free from bacterial contamination during belt conveyor transport. The oscillating voltage generator is newly developed by our company.

The main accessories: scraper heat exchanger, oscillation system, feed pump, frame structure, pipeline and temperature are automatically controlled. It is made of high quality stainless steel.
