Features:

Resin ion exchange equipment is used to process gelatin solution to reduce inorganic ions, thereby reducing ash content.

The gelatin solution flows through two ion exchange tanks filled with cation and anion ion resins.

The resin can be regenerated with dilute acid or base solutions. With two sets of ion exchange tanks, deionization and regeneration can be performed alternately.
